The body speaks in sensation; we touch life and life touches us. By learning to harness the power of the body’s innate intelligence, we’re able to meet ourselves, our environment, in the places that once felt untouchable, hidden.

“I’ve been dancing professionally for over 30 years. Partnering extensively for most of them. I’m no stranger to the exchange of energy, the weight and presence of bodies moving together, with weight, rigor, emotion. Through effort, breath, experimenting together in trust. Also remembering the flip side, with pushing too hard; slippery boundaries had to firm, dimming emotions had to burn it all down. Foundation rocking pounds got to fall. Allowing the purest me, to rise. Feeling how all of me gets to breathe wide, move with, the immaculate lightness of being. Grounded in Great Mother depths, to hold you, awakening; radiant of heart. This is why I’m here.
It feels in full alignment, this journey of my own, ‘fierce embodiment’. To continue touching peoples lives, from new views. New stages paged with wider lens; new dance moves. Allowing space, my body, to be the company for those who are curious to discover more of who you came here to be. To help navigate the path of sovereignty, self-awareness, with both, gentle, deep excavation; flow in truth, surrender.

I’ve been dancing professionally for over 30 years. Partnering extensively, for most of them. I’m no stranger to energy, the exchange and presence of bodies, weight, power, emotions, effort, harmony… and the deep harm of dissociation.
This method of healing is in full and natural alignment with my own fierce embodiment. To continue touching peoples lives. From a new angle. A new stage and wider lens, with new moves to dance with. Allowing me to accompany those in their own excavation and who are returning home, to wholeness.

Until hands were offered to my body, in a safe, non-threatening way, by a spiritual psychologist of learning somatic practices. I couldn’t be touched without alarms sounding every red flag she knew, in her bones & left unattended over decades. Born healthy. Loved. Supportive family and friends. When things happen and we don’t know who to turn to… who then moves through to soothe with illumination?
This is why Hands-On body work collides so vibrantly with me. My rich knowledge of movement, body qualities, creating, guiding, inspiring actions of whole bodied inhales…
